To celebrate Children's Mental Health Week we held a 'Wellbeing Wednesday.' We talked about different ways to keep our minds healthy: did some exercise with 'Danny Go,' made envelopes to hold icons showing different emotions, talked about how our feelings change throughout the day and celebrated our talents. We ended the day with our whole class treat, enjoying some relaxation with juice, biscuits and a short film.
